- COD service is available only in specific pin codes as determined by our delivery partners.
- If COD is unavailable for your location, you will be notified at checkout.
- Certain high-value or customized products may not be eligible for COD.
3. COD Order Limit
- COD is applicable for orders with a total value of up to ₹10,000 (INR).
- Orders above this limit require online payment through UPI, Net Banking, or Card.
4. Verification and Confirmation
To ensure a secure transaction:
- You may receive a confirmation call, SMS, or email before order dispatch.
- Orders may be cancelled automatically if the customer is unreachable or verification fails.
5. COD Charges
- A small COD handling fee may apply to cover logistics and processing costs.
- This fee (if applicable) will be displayed clearly at checkout before you place your order.
6. Delivery and Payment
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to make the payment and receive the parcel.
- Payment must be made only in cash (no card, cheque, or wallet payments).
- The delivery executive will hand over the parcel only after full payment is made.
7. Order Cancellation (COD Orders)
- Customers can cancel their COD order before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may lead to suspension of COD eligibility for your account.
8. Refunds and Returns
- If you wish to return a COD order, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
- Refunds for returned COD orders will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, not in cash.
9. Fraud Prevention
To maintain trust and efficiency:
- Fake orders or misuse of COD service may lead to permanent account suspension.
- We reserve the right to deny COD for customers with a history of unconfirmed or rejected deliveries.
