1. Order Help

1.1 How do I place an order?

  • Browse your favorite gadgets and add them to your cart.
  • Go to Checkout, enter your shipping details, and choose your payment method.
  • Confirm your order — you’ll receive an order confirmation email/SMS.

1.2 How can I track my order?

  • Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • You can also check the status under the “My Orders” section of your account.

1.3 Can I modify or cancel my order?

  • You can cancel or modify your order before dispatch by contacting us.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be changed — you can request a return or replacement after delivery as per our policy.

2. Shipping & Delivery

2.1 What are the delivery charges and timelines?

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We also offer free shipping on select products and promotions.

2.2 Do you ship to my location?

  • We deliver across most pin codes in India.
  • During checkout, enter your address to confirm availability.

3. Payments & Cash on Delivery

3.1 What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major payment methods, including:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (available for select locations)

3.2 Is Cash on Delivery available for all orders?

  • COD is available for orders below ₹10,000, depending on your pin code.
  • Some high-value or bulk orders may not be eligible for COD.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

4.1 What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return and Replacement Policy.

4.2 How do I initiate a return?

  1. Email us at support@gadget.digitalharmony.in with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Attach photos or videos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
  3. We’ll arrange pickup and process your refund/replacement once the product is inspected.

5. Account & Privacy

5.1 How do I create an account?

Click on the “Sign Up” button on the top-right corner of the website.
Fill in your details and verify your email to start shopping.

5.2 Is my personal information safe?

Yes! Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy.
We use SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to keep your information safe.
